As a Free Wills Service Partner with Cancer Research UK, we are delighted to announce that 2019 was a huge success for the Free Wills Scheme, with over four times as much donated by clients in their Wills than in 2018. Last year saw almost £3 million pledged by clients using the service – breaking records in both Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Debra Clapham, partner at Claphams solicitors attended the Residential and Commercial Property Joint Conference in Edinburgh hosted by The Law Society of Scotland on Tuesday 18th June. Debra was speaking at the event where attendees can mix and match between residential conveyancing and commercial property streams and join together with peers for joint plenary updates and discussions.
